The Ministry of Natural Resources, in keeping with its commitment to release major contracts between ESSO Exploration and Production Guyana Limited, CNOOC NEXEN Petroleum Guyana Limited, Hess Guyana Exploration Limited and the Government of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana and companies in the extractive industries sector, now makes available the contract with  The contract documents are available on the Ministry’s website www.nre.gov.gy and on the Department of Public Information’s website www.dpi.gov.gySharing Agreement between the Government of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana and ESSO Exploration and Production Guyana Limited, CNOOC NEXEN Petroleum Guyana Limited, Hess Guyana Exploration Limited.

On the 28th December, 2017 the Government of Guyana publicly released the Petroleum Agreement between itself and Exxon Mobil, CNOOC Nexen and HESS.
