Contractors, Sub-Contractors or Licensees operating within Guyana's petroleum sector seeking to sole source goods and/or services for petroleum operations, must submit a completed and signed FORM A-1: Application for Approval of a Proposed Contract or Purchase Order (Sole Sourced). FORM A-1 must be attached to a signed Notice of Intent to Apply for Sole Sourcing Approval and submitted to the Minister.
