VACANCY CGX resources Inc IT Support Officer
Job Summary: The IT Support Officer will report to the IT Manager and will be responsible for providing technical support to all end users, monitor and support the company's information systems network infrastructure both voice and data. Also support in the updates of software and hardware throughout the company.
Qualifications and Experience
✓ Diploma (Asc. Degree) in computer science OR CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications
✓ At least 2 years' working experience in the Information Technology field
✓ Experience with Microsoft OS both server and client
✓ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
✓ Ability to work with minimal supervision
